Refund Policy

Contractor Community Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email hello@contractorcommunity.co.uk and we will assist you.
What is refundable
- Subscription fees paid within the last 30 days.
- Duplicate or accidental charges (any time).
- Charges after cancellation caused by processing delay.
Consumer statutory rights
Consumers in the UK/EU benefit from the 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (or equivalent EU law), subject to the exception for digital content supplied with your prior consent. Our 30-day guarantee sits on top of, and does not reduce, those statutory rights.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
